Q2: Am I eligible for this benefit?

A: You are eligible if you are a qualified Kenvue employee and have recently become a new parent. Please contact HR to verify your eligibility and submit the required documentation.

Credit Allocation & Multiple Children

Q4: What if I have multiple children?

A: You will receive PHP 1,500.00 for each new child. The credits are cumulative and will be added to your existing balance.

Example: If you received PHP 1,500.00 in September 2025 and still have PHP 1,000.00 remaining when you have another child in December 2027, your new total will be PHP 2,500.00 (PHP 1,000.00 remaining + PHP 1,500.00 new credit).

Q5: Does my store credit expire?

A: No, in accordance with Philippine law, your store credit balance does not expire. You can use it whenever you want to make eligible purchases.

Q6: How do I apply for the benefit?

A: Contact HR with documentation of your new child. Once verified, the store credit will be added to your Employee Store account.

Product Restrictions

Q7: What products can I buy with my store credit?

A: You can only use your store credit to purchase products from the "Baby" and "Women's Health" categories.

Q8: What happens if I add non-eligible products to my cart?

A: If your cart contains any products outside of Baby and Women's Health categories, the store credit payment option will not be available. You'll need to either:

  • Remove non-eligible items to use store credit, or
  • Pay for the entire order using other payment methods

Q9: Can I mix Baby/Women's Health products with other products in one order?

A: No, if you want to use store credit, your cart must contain only Baby and/or Women's Health products. Mixed category carts cannot use store credit.

Payment Options

Q10: What happens if my store credit isn't enough to cover my purchase?

A: You have two options:

  1. Pay remaining balance with PayMongo: Use your available store credit + PayMongo for the remainder
  2. Pay full amount with PayMongo: Choose not to use store credit and pay the entire amount with PayMongo

Q11: If I use PayMongo to pay the remaining balance, does it count toward my monthly limit?

A: Yes, both store credit and PayMongo payments currently count toward your monthly purchase limit due to system limitations.

Example:

  • Purchase: PHP 1,500 baby product
  • Payment: PHP 500 store credit + PHP 1,000 PayMongo's Payment Method
  • System counts full PHP 1,500.00 toward monthly limit

Q12: What PayMongo payment methods can I use?

A: You can use any of PayMongo's available payment methods when your store credit is insufficient or when you choose not to use store credit.

Using the System

Q13: Where can I check my store credit balance?

A: You can view your current store credit balance on your Employee Store account page. The balance updates in real-time after each purchase.

Q14: How will I know if I can use store credit during checkout?

A: The store credit payment option will automatically appear during checkout only when your cart contains eligible products (Baby and/or Women's Health only).

Q15: Why don't I see the store credit option at checkout?

A: This usually means your cart contains products outside of Baby and Women's Health categories. Check your cart and remove any non-eligible items to use store credit.

A: Yes, your transaction history showing store credit usage is available in your Employee Store account.
